Wolseley North America - Headquarters III

Design of the third office building on the forty-three (43) acre corporate campus of the North American headquarters for Wolseley, British parent company of Ferguson Enterprises, Stock Building Supply and Wolseley Canada is in the final construction document phase.
The new building will house an expanded training facility consisting of three large training rooms, a 150 seat dining facility with kitchen (for use during training sessions), an associate dining room, private offices around the perimeter of the upper floors and open landscape offices for associates. The five-story structure has been designed to blend seamlessly with the existing Headquarters II Building, for which Mr. Moberg was also the project architect.
The campus has been master planned to accommodate three future buildings and elevated parking structures. A central water feature has been planned for the Jefferson Avenue corridor that will provide a seat wall around the perimeter of the pool with fountains, lighting and landscaping.
