Riverwalk Landing
From the portfolio of R. Anderson Moberg, AIA
Mr. Moberg was the lead designer for the Riverwalk Landing project in Yorktown,
Virginia. Historically researched detailing combined with modern materials create
a destination for local residents and tourists alike that is able to withstand the
sometimes harsh conditions along the Yorktown Waterfront.
The development includes
retail, offices, an outdoor stage, and a gourmet restaurant with a view of the York
River. Mr. Moberg and his team also produced a 8’ x 11’ model of the entire project
during the design phase to be displayed in the York County offices. The model is
currently on display in the Newport News/Williamsburg Airport, where it entices
travelers to visit this waterfront jewel.
