Teen Ministries Addition

Northside Christian Church purchased their current property after the previous church building burned, they also acquired a retail storefront building adjacent to J. Clyde Morris Blvd. When the student population continued to grow, this was converted for use as a worship center and gathering space for high school and college students. Now the congregation is ready to begin planning for the future.
James River Architects is proud to work with Northside once again on its next expansion, the Teen Ministries Center. The heart of the expansion, the worship center, will seat 200 and be used by students from middle school age and up. A full array of lighting and sound equipment will make this a dynamic place for praise and worship. The large, open cafe/recreation area will provide opportunities for informal gathering and fellowship for many church groups, as will the tree-lined brick patio just outside this space.
