Upon the completion of HQ II in 2003, Ferguson Enterprises initially occupied two and one-half floors of the new 5-story Corporate Headquarters building. The remaining vacant floors were to accommodate their projected corporate office requirements for the next eight to ten years. Their unprecedented rapid growth necessitated the accelerated build-out of the remaining square footage over the following three years. James River Architects was retained to provide design services and to prepare construction documents for all the remaining areas which included approximately one half of the fifth floor for the relocated executive office suite. The newly named CEO of Wolseley, Ferguson Enterprises, Stock Building Supply and numerous Vice Presidents of each group would occupy this office suite. The suite includes a new twenty-six seat Boardroom with audio visual capabilities, adjacent catering kitchen, executive washrooms, private offices, reception-visitor area and support spaces.
