Commonwealth Centre, is a 24,443 s.f. two–story mixed-use building located in the Kiln Creek area of York County. The first floor provides both retail and office suites, while the second floor is made up of offices only. A two-story atrium is the focal point of the building, allowing natural light to create a bright and welcoming entrance to the offices within. Ribbon windows bring expansive views to the 2nd floor perimeter offices. James River Architects also designed the build-out of three of the office suites concurrent with the building design, including the main office of the building's owner, L. T. P. LLC.
