When the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters endeavored to expand their
presence on the peninsula, Mr. Moberg designed a state-of-the-art facility to house
a wide array of medical services including:
Aquatic Therapy Audiology Testing
EKG
MRI,
Ultrasound and X-ray Sports Medicine
Physical, Occupational and Speech
Therapy
This 43,000 s.f. masonry building features an aluminum curtain
wall and a metal panel exterior at the main entrance and hydrotherapy wing. The
award-winning interior design makes use of curved surfaces, cheerful colors and
engaging patterns that appeal to the young patients.
