The Bayport Credit Union (formerly Newport News Shipbuilding Employees’ Credit Union) in Williamsburg, Virginia is a departure from the design that James River Architects used for three previous credit union branches. Designed to complement the architecture of the New Town development, the Williamsburg branch successfully combines colonial detailing with modern materials and systems to create a pleasant banking experience for patrons and employees alike.
